Symbius Medical Welcomes New Territory Managers in Key Markets

PHOENIX, AZ July 25, 2011 – Symbius Medical a leading provider in home medical supplies to
customers nationwide welcomes John Pearce, Territory Manager covering Missouri and Kansas
markets and Kimberly Choate, Territory Manager who will manage the Florida marketplace.

Since 2010, Symbius Medical has continued to grow their Urological Sales Department on a
national level by hiring local Territory Managers in key markets who are dedicated to improving
the quality of life for our customers. “Each member of our sales team prides themselves on
understanding the many products available today when it comes to urological supplies,” said
Gary Hershey, Vice President of Urological Sales. “Being an end user myself for over 37 years, I
understand the importance of educating physicians and their patients about the best products
urological manufactures have to offer.”

Each new Territory Manager participates in a week long training program at Symbius Medical’s
headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. The training includes field visits to physician’s offices with
Senior Territory Managers, product knowledge demonstrations with various manufactures and
working with several departments to understand how our organization functions from the time a
physician sends an order to our customer service department to delivering that product or service
to our customer. “I’m excited about getting to know a new sales rep before they begin to market

Symbius Medical maintains a 25,000 square foot warehouse where products can be shipped
